Power-folding mirror repair - Saab 9-5 +M06 Power-folding mirrors were an option on the 2006 and newer OG 9-5 (aka Dame Edna) cars for the US market. It is not uncommon for these units to "fail" over time, whereby one or both of the external door mirrors fails to fully close or open when requested via the dash button.
The mirror itself doesn't move via the drivers joystick control switch, neither does it fold in or out. Driver's wing mirror functions perfectly. All windows and central locking seem to work fine on both sides. I've checked fuses #8 and #15 in the dash fuse box and they are intact.
